What you’ll do:
Address product and account questions, resolve issues, answer calls, respond to emails, take phone and email orders, process returns and warranties, provide shipping quotes, solicit feedback, update tracking, and manage backorders. Resolve issues expeditiously. Engage in-person and via phone and email with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. Expand your knowledge of wing, kite, foil, and windsurf sports and gear to provide the best advice to customers.
Who you are:
Previous customer service experience, fast typing, tech savvy, empathy, problem-solving, Excel, Lightspeed, Shopify, passion for winging/kiting/windsurfing/foiling.
Position structure:
Year-round seasonal on-site hourly position (summer 30-40hrs/week, winter 10-20hrs/week), typical schedule is 9am-5pm but schedule may vary.
