Windance is one of the premier windsurfing, kiteboarding, wingfoiling, and downwind sup foiling shops in the world. We’re looking for motivated and aspiring wingfoilers, kiteboarders, windsurfers, and downwind sup foilers who want to share their passion and be immersed in it.

We’re here to talk about wind sports, think about wind sports, play with cutting edge toys, learn, share our knowledge, and enjoy life. We work hard, we play hard, we help each other out, and we don’t take life too seriously.

As a Windance team member, you’ll get complementary use of demo gear and pro deals on everything! You’ll also have stable hours, gain industry experience, meet a lot of great people, and have access to professional development opportunities.  

Windance Team Members give customers a great experience both in-store and virtually. Some of the things we do to make that happen:

• Demo as much gear as we can give good advice
• Produce written and video content on topics of interest
• Clean and organize the store and manage inventory
• Greet customers, ask and answer questions, provide advice 
• Process purchases, orders, and returns
• Proactively learn, adapt, and improve
• Take the initiative, solve problems, and help each other out
• Have fun – it’s the most important thing!

Requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Winging, kiting, or windsurfing experience and desire
• Bonus points for relevant customer service, retail, sales, marketing, and logistics experience
