What you’ll do:
You’ll support our online store operations and gain hands-on experience in digital retail. In this role, you’ll assist with product listings, inventory management, and website updates to ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will help optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing while learning best practices for ecommerce marketing and customer engagement. You may assist with data analysis and other eCommerce and marketing projects as needed.
Who you are:
Detail-oriented, efficient, innovative, and eager to learn. You’re interested in ecommerce, digital marketing, and online retail. Highly tech savvy with skills in Excel, SQL, Python, R or similar. You’re a problem solver and enjoy playing with data.
Position structure:
May 1st – August 31st, 10-20hrs/week, schedule to be agreed with supervisor and may include the opportunity to do some work remotely.

This is a part-time unpaid internship. However, interns are also encouraged to take on part-time paid retail sales associate shifts to enrich the experience.
You will work directly with senior leadership and suppliers. This internship is a great opportunity to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, growing industry and gain exposure to all aspects of a dynamic action sports business including marketing, sales, and operations. At minimum, you will learn how to process datasets like an ace, how data management, technology, marketing, sales, and service intertwine and impact outcomes, you’ll get out on the water, meet the people you see on the covers of kiteboarding magazines, and you’ll have an amazing and unique experience at the heart of the wind sports industry while making your mark on the business.
