What you’ll do:
You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, drive sales, and control expenses. Lead, train staff, continuously coach, and lead by example. Handle scheduling and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll address customer concerns, enforce company policies, and maintain a clean, organized store. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations, a motivated team, positive shopping experience, and overall store success.
Who you are:
Organized, tech savvy, Excel, Shopify, deep winging/kiting/windsurfing/foiling gear knowledge. Previous sales, leadership and retail management experience. Strong time management, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Position structure:
Year-round on-site hourly position (summer 40hrs/week, winter 10-20hrs/week), typical schedule is 9am-5pm but schedule may vary.
